Robert has served as a service technician and in management for over 50 years in the HVAC service and installation industry. He is N.A.T.E. (North American Technical Excellence) certified and holds a current State of Texas Class “A” license, a Proper Refrigerant Usage Certification from the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society, and has attended and received certificates from trade schools such as Bryant (Heating & A/C Service) and Carrier (Technical Development Program, Psychometrics I & II). He has served for years on the board for the Air Conditioning Contractors Association of Greater Houston (ACCA-GH) and TACCA (Texas Air Conditioning Contractors Association), holding positions of president, chairman of the board, vice president, and director of training.


Rob is the service manager for the Houston office and has grown up in the HVAC industry. After earning his B.S. degree from Sam Houston State University, he returned to work in the HVAC wholesale industry, gaining knowledge of sales, manufacturing, and distribution.

Rob’s accomplishments of N.A.T.E. and CIE (Certified Indoor Environmentalist) certifications, being EPA certified, and being involved with industry-related organizations such as ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) make him a great asset to the company.

Rob enjoys helping people solve their heating and air conditioning issues.


Jann is responsible for our customers’ service history and seeing that our bills get out on time. She is also responsible for tracking and maintaining our planned service agreements and for doing payroll. She has been with E.A.S.I. since April of 1982.
